  6. Inventory carried out at the property
  7. Lease Agreement is signed by landlord

  10. Advertised on private markets
  11. Tenant found to move into the property
  12. Tenant moves in
  13. Meter reading is performed and GuaranteeMyRent provides utility companies and council tax with tenant details
  14. Direct debit set up and landlord paid in arrears as according to agreed upon date of contract.
